What we collect
When you book we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details, and a payment method. When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the service and vehicle details you give us. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We also collect photos and video of the vehicle taken during the service, and records of calls and texts with our office.
How we use it
To perform and document the service, to contact you about your appointment, to charge the agreed price, to handle disputes and warranty claims, and to improve our work. With your consent, we publish edited clips of the service with identifying details obscured.
SMS program
MNG Mobile Car Detailing Beverly Hills sends transactional text messages: booking confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, photo reports and receipts, and follow-ups about your appointment. Consent is collected via a checkbox on our booking form. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts without separate consent. See our SMS program terms.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with our messaging provider to deliver the messages you asked for.
Who we share with
Service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Twilio (calls and texts), Telegram (internal booking alerts), our hosting and database providers, and the partner specialists who carry out the service you booked or asked us to quote. All processing takes place in the United States. We do not sell personal information.
Call recording
Calls with our office may be recorded for quality and training. A notice plays at the start of each recorded call. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us and we will continue without recording.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, to stop texting you (reply STOP), or to withdraw consent to publish footage of your vehicle, by contacting us through our contact page. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
Retention
Booking records and service documentation are kept for as long as needed for warranty, dispute and tax purposes. Raw footage is deleted after the edited clip is produced or within 90 days, whichever comes first, unless a dispute is open.
